About this speaker

RachelSimone Wyley is the CEO and Founder of Culture Kinesis LLC. Her work is dedicated to reimagining organizational culture by supporting individuals and teams to center racial equity and, to upend behaviors and mindsets that uphold the status quo.

RachelSimone is a vocalist and poet-essayist-songwriter. Leveraging music as a facilitation tool, RachelSimone activates the qualities of empathy and vulnerability in others —however latent— to connect individuals in spontaneous community and guide them through a process of critical unlearning and radical re-education. She understands art to be the solution to racial inequity, not simply its mirror and megaphone.

RachelSimone has presented her work in the United States and in Europe, and has participated in artist fellowships with the BAU Institute (Puglia, Italy), Le Couvent (Auzits, France), Stalker Teatro (Turin, Italy), Space Clarence Mews (London, England), and the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts (San Francisco, California).
